Track Your Order
Use your order number and email address to track the current status of your order. We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible and will notify you once your order is on its way.
How to Track Your Order
Log into your My Account and navigate to “Orders” to see the real-time status of all your purchases. You will also receive email notifications as your order progresses through processing, packing, and delivery stages.
Order Statuses Explained
Processing: Your payment has been confirmed and your order is being prepared.
Packing: Your items are being carefully packed for delivery.
Shipped: Your order is on its way to your delivery address.
Out for Delivery: Your package is with the courier and will be delivered today.
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within Metro Manila takes 1–3 business days after shipment. Deliveries to provincial areas may take 3–7 business days depending on the location. Express delivery options are available upon request — contact us for details.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sales@alliedsolutions.store or call 0906-844-96-17. Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.
