At Allied Solutions Corp, we are committed to delivering your air conditioning units and accessories safely and efficiently. Below you will find all the information you need about our delivery process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Coverage Area

We deliver to Metro Manila and select provincial areas throughout the Philippines. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please Contact Us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your My Account and navigating to the Orders section.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange the delivery schedule for large items. For air conditioning units, we recommend scheduling our installation service at the same time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available at the address, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Items on Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at sales@alliedsolutions.store or call 0906-844-96-17 to report the issue.
